Adjustable Back Brace for Everyday Wear

Your fit feels inconsistent throughout the day and you're constantly adjusting how the brace sits during movement. Wear it at work, while spending time with friends, or during everyday movement with a more structured fit throughout the day.

The brace works with three structured support bars positioned along the back area for an adjustable fit during wear. You unscrew the height adjustment to match how tall you are, then wrap the waist and chest straps around yourself. It helps maintain a structured fit while you go about your day.

You can change how tall the main support sits by unscrewing it and moving it to different holes until it fits right. The adjustable strap slides up or down so you control exactly where the fit sits during wear. The shoulder pads are padded so they feel more comfortable against the skin.

That's not all! The cover and inside layer have tiny holes so air gets through and you don't overheat. The breathable construction is designed for extended everyday wear while maintaining airflow and comfort throughout the day.

  • HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE COLUMN: Unscrew and reposition through multiple holes to match your preferred height and fit positioning.

  • THREE POINT STRUCTURED DESIGN: Aluminum bars are integrated into the brace structure for an adjustable and structured fit during wear.

  • SLIDING ADJUSTABLE STRAP: Move the adjustable belt up or down the column so you can customize the fit positioning during wear.

  • BREATHABLE MESH CONSTRUCTION: Perforated lining and cover let air flow through constantly so you stay cool and dry even wearing it for hours.

  • SOFT PADDED SHOULDERS: Cushioned pads help improve comfort during extended wear.

  • ADJUSTABLE CHEST AND WAIST STRAPS: Tighten or loosen both straps independently for a customizable fit during wear.

Confirmation came through straight away, then another email when it was sent. Tracking worked and the parcel arrived when they said it would. Nice and straightforward

Benjamin Foster

Nothing missing and no surprises when I opened the parcel. What turned up matched what I’d seen on the website

Hannah Lewis

Had a look around before buying and this was a fair bit cheaper. Arrived as expected too, so happy with that.

Sophie Bennett

I emailed before ordering because I couldn’t work out which option I needed. Got a proper reply explaining the difference, rather than just a link back to the page I’d already read. Might seem a small thing but it helped me decide. Placed the order that evening and I’m happy with what arrived.

Harry Collins

My first order was only a small one a few months back. That went well, so I checked here when I needed something else. Different sort of purchase this time but everything was just as straightforward. Saved me another evening of looking around!

Daniel Thompson

Ordered Sunday evening and it was here Tuesday morning. Wasn’t expecting that, especially ordering over the weekend

Charlotte Brooks

All arrived, all good 😊

Amelia Scott

Entirely my mistake, I picked the wrong option and only noticed when the confirmation came through. Sent an email and they managed to change it before dispatch. Very relieved I didn’t have to deal with returning it afterwards!

George Wilson

Bought it in the sale. Happy with what I paid and it’s what I was after, which is the main thing.

Grace Mitchell

Hadn’t heard of Havenholt before and wasn’t sure about ordering from somewhere new. Only bought one thing to start with. There was a short wait for dispatch, but they kept me updated and everything arrived as described. Happy with the purchase and I’d be comfortable ordering again.

Emily Carter

There was a mix-up with my order so I had to get in touch. Sent a photo over and they explained what would happen next. Didn’t have to keep repeating myself to different people, which I really appreciated. All sorted now

Samuel Reed

They didn’t have the one I wanted when I went into the shop, but suggested checking online. Managed to order it on the website later that day. Would have preferred to take it home there and then, but this worked out fine.
