Make Thicker Greek Yogurt at Home with This Strainer
You open the fridge and your homemade yogurt is still runny and watery again. You're tired of wasting batches that never get thick enough no matter how long you wait. This strainer helps you remove excess liquid overnight so you wake up to thick Greek yogurt ready for breakfast or meal prep.
The mesh basket sits inside the container and catches the yogurt while liquid drips through into the bottom. Place your fresh yogurt into the basket, cover it, and let it sit in the fridge for several hours or overnight. The whey separates and collects below while the yogurt thickens to your preferred consistency.
It holds 1100 milliliters of yogurt in one batch and fits most fridge shelves easily. The mesh is made from rust resistant metal that rinses clean after each use. The container stores flat when you're done straining.
The plastic container has no harmful chemicals and won't crack or warp in cold temperatures. You can also use it to drain soft cheese curds or strain sauces when you need smooth texture. The mesh catches solids while letting thin liquids pass through into the base for easy disposal.
- 1100 ML CAPACITY: Holds over one liter of yogurt per batch giving you enough thick Greek yogurt for several days of meals.
- METAL MESH BASKET: Rust resistant mesh filters liquid whey while keeping yogurt solids inside for smooth thick texture every time you strain.
- COMPACT FRIDGE STORAGE: Measures 10.8 by 9 by 17.6 centimeters fitting easily on refrigerator shelves while your yogurt strains overnight undisturbed.
- CHEMICAL FREE CONTAINER: Made from safe plastic with no harmful additives that stays strong in cold temperatures and won't leach into your food.
- DUAL STRAINING FUNCTION: Works for draining homemade yogurt into Greek style or filtering soft cheese curds and sauces when you need smoother consistency.
- EASY CLEANUP DESIGN: Rinse the mesh basket under running water after each use and both pieces dry quickly for next batch preparation.
- OVERNIGHT STRAINING METHOD: Set it up before bed and wake up to ready Greek yogurt without monitoring or checking progress during the night.
